I think that’s an issue of Rifter magazine. Which means it’s interesting, but not to me 🙂

Oh Lord . . . that would mean “of Rifts,” wouldn’t it? Structural Damage Capacity. Juicers. Mexico overrun with Aztec vampires and empires fielding skull-shaped tanks.
